On June 4, 2024, Kyabje Chungpo Gyalton Rinpoche, khenpos, teachers, staff, and the entire community of nuns gathered in the main temple of the Palpung Yeshe Rabgye Ling Nunnery. Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa was then escorted into the temple by a procession of nuns carrying incense. After he ascended the throne,the assembly chanted verses of auspiciousness, and followed by an offering of tea and sweet rice.
After that, Guru Vajradhara rewarded the students who achieved the best results in the year 2023 annual examination, which comprised written and oral exams on several treatises on the inner science of mind, English, mathematics, and the foundations of Buddhism.
Moreover Guru Vajradhara rewarded the teachers and appointed the number of staff for the nunnery, and gave an extensive teaching on the importance of doing everything in accordance with the Dharma.
