The most authentic mahapandita, the omniscient Situ Chökyi Jungne, a shining jewel of wisdom in the Land of Snow, initiated the Palpung tradition of performing the Grand Tsechu (Tenth Day) Drubchö Ritual, which became a source of benefit for many beings. In order to preserve and continue this sacred heritage, in 2006 Guru Vajradhara His Holiness the 12th Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa re-established the elaborate Tenth Day Guru Rinpoche Ceremony at Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat in India.
Starting on November 24, 2022, the monastic seat's vajra master, along with the tulkus, khenpos, lamas, and the entire monastic community, conducted this year's Tsechu Drubchö Ritual based on "The Embodiment of the Master's Secrets Sadhana in Eight Chapters." On November 28, the preliminary sacred vajra dances without masks were performed, and on December 3, the actual sacred vajra dances with masks. This sacred Dharma celebration was then auspiciously concluded with aspirations for the spread of the teachings of the Lotus Born Guru and the invocation of the words of truth.
